What is CampusLIVE?
CampusLIVE allows college students to win great prizes by completing fun and exciting challenges. We give away everything from cash to cars, trips to tacos, scholarships to shopping sprees. New challenges are launched every day.

Who Created CampusLIVE?
CampusLIVE was created by a team of UMass Amherst students in 2008.

How many campuses are in the CampusLIVE Network?
There are currently 875 campuses in the CampusLIVE Network and more are being added every day.

My college isn't on CampusLIVE! How can I make that happen?
Simply suggest your campus and we will contact you shortly. We launch new schools in order of demand. Typically we can get your school up and running within a few days.

Does CampusLIVE cost anything?
Participating on CampusLIVE is free. We love giving away awesome prizes to college students. You may be responsible for taxes on prizes of value greater than $600. If this applies to you, we will inform you.

How will I know if I win a prize?
Once a Challenge has reached capacity and is finished, a timer will count down the time until a winner is picked. This time varies, but it's usually about 24 hours. As soon as a winner is picked, he or she will be notified by email within 24 hours. The winners are posted to each challenge page and on the winners page.

When will I receive my prize?
Typically you will receive your prize within 14 days of the challenge ending. If one of our sponsors is shipping your prize directly it could take up to 4-6 weeks for processing. We'll do our best to get your prize to you as fast as possible.

Who is eligible to win?
Anyone who is currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and can provide proof of identity and enrollment upon request is eligible to win.

How exactly do I enter to win a prize?
It’s simple! You click "START" on any challenge and complete of the steps. You will be eligible to win upon completion of the Challenge. We also give great runner-up prizes to the students who share each challenge the most.

How many times can I enter a challenge?
You can enter each Challenge only once. Good news though - we almost always have a runner-up prize for the student who gets the most people to complete the challenge through their share link. Some of our top user have earned thousands in extra prizes.

How are winners picked?
Typically winners are picked randomly by our system. On select challenges, the winner will be chosen as a result of voting. An example of this is a "Halloween Costume Challenge", where the winner is the one with the best costume chosen by our users.

How do I get help/support?
Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. You can call us, email us, or visit us in person.

I have an idea for CampusLIVE. Who can I tell?
Tell your friends! Tell your boyfriend! Girlfriend! Tell your mom! Dad! Everyone! But, if you want to see your idea implemented on the site, tell us! We're always looking for new improvements to the site and for new, smart ideas. Submit your feedback.
