What is your job at CampusLIVE?

I am the Chief Executive Officer of CampusLIVE. As the CEO of the company, I work with the executive team to create enormous value for our employees, clients, investors and partners. I am responsible for communicating the vision and progress of the business to the outside world. My official responsibility is to build an incredibly large and extremely strong business.

What brought you to CampusLIVE?

I have been an entrepreneur for as long as I can remember. CampusLIVE, in all of its previous forms and iterations, was the natural outlet for us to express our desire to create a world-changing business.

Do you have any favorite stories from your work life?

Much like the other folks in the company, I love remembering the early days of the business. A full year spent sleeping on an inflatable mattress in the office? Check. Showering at Planet Fitness? Check.

What does the typical day look like for you?

I don't think I ever have a "typical" day at CampusLIVE. From meetings with clients, partners, employees to interviews with the press and with potential recruits, things are always changing. My favorite days are the ones that allow me enough time to sit down and really think through the product and the vision.

Why do you come to work in the morning?

Our company is full of incredibly intelligent, hard working and funny people. I love coming to work in the morning (even if I'm a terrible sleeper).

What lessons has your work life taught you?

Work ethic is huge. Never lose sight of that. We all have our moments of weakness, but always be inspired by those who put in the hours and the brain power. I'm still being inspired by many of the CampusLIVE team members

What advice would you give someone who is interested in pursuing a similar line of work?

Just Do It. It's that simple. It's the ultimate test.

What is the best part of working at CampusLIVE?

Hmm. The funny photos?

What's the coolest thing you've accomplished thus far working at CampusLIVE?

Hiring our amazing team. I don't think anything can come close to that.
