What is your job at CampusLIVE?
Online Marketing Manager. I am responsible for user acquisition and user retention.
What brought you to CampusLIVE?
I met Boris and Jared in college and their passion and vision inspired me to start helping out.
Do you have any favorite stories from your work life?
One time I beat Mike Miklavic twice in a row at ping pong. Good day.
What does the typical day look like for you?
Clean out my inbox from the previous night, set up an email campaign, track the stats of that email campaign, monitor our marketing partnerships, research and test new user acquisition channels. Ping pong, co-worker harassment, and food throughout the day.
Why do you come to work in the morning?
I love what I do, and so does the rest of the team. It’s infectious.
What lessons has your work life taught you?
Nurture and maintain all relationships, both work and personal. Never stop learning and improving.
What advice would you give someone who is interested in pursuing a similar line of work?
Read, read, study, and read. You can make yourself stand out by acquiring more knowledge of the subject you are interested in and constantly trying to get better and smarter.
What is the best part of working at CampusLIVE?
The team. We are a bunch of dominant gangsters.
What's the coolest thing you've accomplished thus far working at CampusLIVE?
Building and executing on our email marketing strategy.
